2024 Touch Taiwan MSP+ makes a grand debut

General Manager Huang Shaowei said that after continuous optimization and testing, Micraft's single crystal rework machine can complete the rework of a single micro LED within 6 seconds. It has a market-leading advantage in both rework speed and the minimum chip size that can be supported, providing the best solution for MicroLED mass production.

Huang Shaowei further pointed out that Micraft has accumulated a wealth of laser application technology in the Mini/MicroLED field over the years, and is optimistic about the development of the MicroLED industry as the terminal market application heats up. In response to customer needs, the company has also delivered a series of new-generation size equipment with large-scale mass production, including key equipment such as laser mass transfer, welding and rework, and is expected to usher in strong performance growth in the next two years.
